Bad Neighbors. Warp feed and my right hand.

My Warp feed mounts on the right hand side of my RT Pro.
The problem with this is that once the is attached
there is no room for my hand.

I don't have a problem shooting lefty if I have to, but
I'd like to have the option of using both hands. Has anyone
else had this problem? What are the solutions? I've
thought of making my own (longer) mounting plate, or
rigging up some kind of feed extender to get the bulk
of the hopper up higher and out of he way.

    Any suggestions?

    Switch sides

Flip the plate over and mount on the other side.

      Feed tube won't reach

I thought of that, but the feed tube does not reach, either over the top or under and around. I would have to get a main body that fed on the left, then I would still have the problem of my hand not fitting.

what style body do you currently have? you can run the warp hose to the bottom of the feed tube as well as the top you know.

Then you need more hose. You can get it by the foot from the online store.

My mainbody bottom feeds from the right, and top feeds from the left. Right now I have it set up to bottom feed on the right.

Mounting the warp on the left and top feeding requires me to do one of three things; bend the feed tube to an angle that makes me very uncomfortable, grind down the feed itself which makes me equally uneasy, buy a new mainbody with a bottom feed on the left. A fourth option I suppose would be to get a longer feed tube (available?). But for all the trouble of those solutions they only buy me about 1/4 of an inch of extra space.

I must be missing something if no one else has had this problem.

your best bet is to either a) get more hose and put your warp on the left with the hose going under your mainbody to the bottom of the feed tube on the right or b) find yourself a 90 degree adapter, some more hose and run it to the top of the powerfeed on the left

choice A is more compact, but requires more hose

                Thank you gentlemen.

I take it you've had no problems with hand space mounting on the left? Can you fire with either hand?

Mounting the warp on the right side is a left handers set up. It's not right for you. You need to mount it on the left and consider several options of running the hose. 90 degree feed elbow into the top of your hopper left body or under the trigger guard and into the bottom of it along with the use of the long power feed plug. One of the most effective of which is finding a Hopper Right body change out to.

with a warp, you don't need to fire with either hand, roll the gun to the side and fire around a left side corner, you'll stay MUCH tighter too.

No, but you can tilt the marker completely on its side to come out the left side because you have the positive feed of the Warp for a string of balls in the warp and it's tube. Just as effective and just as low a profile.
