    Level 7 eMag won't fire

    My level 7 eMag won't fire. It airs up, and the trigger is stiff in manual mode. However, pulling the trigger (in manual mode) acts like a level 10 with the velocity to low. The bolt fits through the body fine.

    Also, the sear pivot seems way to stiff. The solenoid can't move it. I've tried loosing and tightening the sear pin, but not affect. Is the sear supossed to pivot on the bushing, or is the bushing supossed to pivot on the sear pin. Mine pivots on the pin.

    Any ideas?

      try changing the power tube spacer one down or one up and see what it will do. when you air it up stick a sqeegie in the barrel and try to push the bolt back see if that will work

              The sear is supposed to pivot on the pin. Yours is correct.

              A velocity adjustment that is too high will cause an excessively heavy trigger. This could be caused by a leaking reg seat o-ring between the body halves.

              Check that there is no debris caught in the sear assembly.

              Check your on/off assembly to see if there is something not in its proper place (such as an o-ring that has collapsed).
              Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

                  Thanks. I think I have the answers. The on/off pin appears to be WAY to LONG. I was able to assemble the eMag WITHOUT the bolt and it did not leak! The other problem was caused by the sear dragging on the saftey.

                      Okay, another question. Is the eMag on/off assy. one piece or two? The one in the online store looks like one piece. Mine, however, it two separate pieces. I'm so confused...

                              Thanks. It is the wrong on/off pin. Jam had an xvalve on the eMag and forgot to swap the pins back when he shipped it. He's sending me the correct one.

                                  That makes sense. When we looked at it on Saturday we knew it had to be in the on/off assembly somewhere.
