I already have a cocker boomstick. The o-rings appear to be fine, I didn't know you could set the twist lock, how can u do that? and it takes a lot longer to sort out a problem like this, plus the cost of the time it takes to drive it to the shop and back and any parts I need and if I get a ULE body I won't have to deal with this again.

I think the question still on everyone's lips is: Have you taken the bolt off the valve and tried pushing it into the breech end of the barrel?

it fits in and slides, but there isn't room for much else. that's why I said I may need a bore size bigger than .688. sorry I didn't answer this question earlier.

'SOk mate Just making sure we had all avenues covered.

Even a slight amount of friction can cause the level 10 to stop, another possiblity is that the barrel isn't quite aligning with teh bolt travel when it's fitted to the marker. Trying the marker with the shortest spring will give the bolt a bit more pushing force, alternatively a different barrel of a larger bore size might be worth trying.

Tighten the barrel o-rings. This will provide barrel stability and help keep your barrel centered in the body.

Take out the barrel o-rings. Put a wrap (or two) of tape in the barrel o-ring grooves. Put the barrel o-rings back on the barrel. When you put the barrel in the body it should be tighter. This should fix your problem.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

my rail bushing was a little damaged, actually, it was missing part of its side, could this affect something?

how much of it is missing. If it was me I would probably replace it. If you want to see if that's the problem before you replace and you know someone else with a mag put their bushing in you gun and see if it fixes the problem. As I said I would just get a new one. Also if you're thinking of getting a ULE just order the replacement bushing anyway. can't hurt to replace it especially if it's missing a piece.
