when i first put my pump mag togther i had this problem
#1 if you have an adlustable tank turn the input pressure down
#2 if the input pressure was turned up then you may have to stretch out the wavy washer a bit
#3 i didn't have to do this but you can trim the main spring , just don't trim too much

no, it keeps the wave spring centered as far as i can tell.MicroMag Phase 1

It turns out that the wave spring goes in front of the black bumper. I don't know what material the black bumper is made of. I suspect the blue bumpers will work.
The body of the gun holds the wave spring in place. You don't need the bumper to do that for you. The job of the wave spring is to stop the bolt from resting at the cocked position. When you cock the gun, the bolt pushes the spring flat against the bumper and the sear locks the bolt in place.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment

i thought the point of the black bumper was that it has a smaller diameter and fit inside the wave spring. not behind it, seeing as the wave spring is about the same thickness as a bumper when compressed.MicroMag Phase 1
