I'm looking forward to picking up one of these drops. My current drop interferes with the removal of the battery pack. I was wondering which length you would recommend if I bought one of these, medium or long? Thanks in advance.

I have the long Shocktech on my emag, and it interferes with battery removal as well. I added a 1/8" spacer in addition to the warp adapter plate and the battery just clears now. So either go medium or use a spacer of some sort(a NW Products Q.D. would work great). -
Cool deal...thanks for the tip. I'll probably just end up getting the medium. :)"I just came for your mayonaise." ~ TooDamnSweet

does the shocktech long mount ok without making contact with the battery pack housing? and why would you need to take your battery pack out for at the field exactly ( just wondering)?
and I'm getting a ULE bodied e-mag very very soon so I guess I will be back on here more than IOG.
