    Someone Help my gun work

OK im having a little problem.
I have a hyperframe/X-valve combo. When i first put it on a while ago it didn't work and someone on here told me i might need a longer on/off pin. So i got the longest one that Airgun makes and installed it int my valve.

I gased it up and it still wouldn't shoot. The problem is not as bad though because i can make it shoot with a little help.

On the back of the Hyperframe there is a little hole that gives you access to the sear so you can release the pressure in the valve to take you gun apart. If i put an allen key in the and puch i can manually fire the gun, so i know i have the right pressure and the valve is working fine.

If i apply a small amount of pressure to the sear and then press the trigger i can get my gun to cycle using the Hyperframe. THe solenoid is as far back as it goes, do you think moving it foward might help? Or perhaps do i need yet a longer on/off pin? Or maybe my settings arent right on the timing of the frame? Can anyone help it ould be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the long post i just wanted to give as much detail as possible. Thanks

I have never used a hyperframe before but in my micro emag (micros have longer pins than regular ones) I put the xvalve in and it acted like the pin was too short, even if I pulled it back all the way in manual.. so I took it back to the booth and brad pulled out a new on/off pin and took a file to it and stuck it in and it was fine.
Whats happening to you sounds what happened to me, so why dont you mesure the pin with a caliper and then maybe look in the AGD online store and try to find a longer one or just call up AGD and tell them the problem..

You need to get a on/off pin that was made by centerflag and you can do this by calling them at: 1-630-553-2611. i just ordered one and there customer service is excellent and everything so that would probably be your best bet. Good luck!

Here is a link to my Hyperframe FAQ. You should adjust the solenoid as outlined in there.
