When I say stuck, its exactly like what the original problem was. The sear would return just fine, but the solenoid woulden't get enough power (or something) to engage the sear on the next shot. After 5 to 10 tries and the solenoid would finally get enough power. I'll keep increasing the 15 setting, and I'll check the sear as you described earlier.

Ok, funny thing with the solenoid / sear gap adjustment. The gun will fire, and everything will work great when there is a LARGE gap between the plunger and the sear. Problem is, the solenoinds body is flush against the hyper's frame (the closest it will get to the sear) and I don't have an allen key to adjust it's gap to get the solenoid further from the sear. But I'm wondering how adjusting the solenoid's gap will make a difference. The plunger still has to smack the sear and the sear has to travel the same length.

Technically, I could get the gun to work fine if I just rigged a rubber band to the disc at the end of the solenoid so the plunger (and disc) would always have a large gap between it and the sear. I guess I just need to figure out how to get the plunger to go all the way back EVERY time.

As I said before, I can shoot about 4 a second if I work up to it, but then the solenoid gets stuck again. Also, I tried to change the Fn setting to 50 (stock setting) from 01 (where I had it) and the gun would no longer fire reliably at all. Don't know why, but the Fn setting definately has something to do with it.

I think I'll just send it in to Centerflag and forget about it all. Let them fix it.

I my opinion, it has to be the frame. If it works with your Intelliframe and not the Hyperframe, what else is it going to be. I think your right, you should let them fix it. It's a whole lot easier.

Well, if your going to try and fix it you HAVE to get rid of that large gap. The solenoid has less power the farther it travels. Also, the travel is so short it needs almost all of it to fire reliably.
