Which threads? The threads for the drop forward screws or the reg. valve body?

The screws for the drop are 10-32. Same as the front grip frame screw.

All bottles & Regs have the industry standard, 5/8"-18 thread.

I recently switched bottles with my 88 Conquest and 68 Flatline. Now I have an 88/3000 Flatline on my E-Mak and my kid has a 68/3000 Conquest on his 'Cocker.

oh really, i was lead to belive that some tanks used different threads than others...but that dose make things easyer... im gonna buy a 45cu fiber wraped tank and put a flatline im buying on it... how did you get the reg off? is there any trick?? i think im just gonna bring mine to the local pb shop (pro-paintball, lord how i do love that store) and have them do it...but any info would be a huge help!!

Both the Flatline and Conquest regs simply and easily unscrewed once there was no air left in the tank. Some preset systems have the reg loc-tited into the bottle, thus requiring heat to loosen the threads. Too much heat is very bad for the tank. Good Luck.
