      Put the selector in E.

With a punch of a smaller diameter than the pin, drive out the trigger pin towards the selector side of the gun.You may have to remove the body/rail to get the trigger out around the trigger rod.

Repeat in reverse order with new trigger.

      Jay.

A punch is like a nail set or like a screw driver that's round on one end, just like the pin,and is wide enough at the other to hammer.Support the gun firmly and it'll take a good wack to get it going. BE CAREFUL.

          Something like this^^^^^^

Also that orginal pin is machine pressed into place. Once you get a proper punch as pictured by RFfireblade you'll need to have a big wieghty hammer or be prepared to really lay into it with a lesser hammer. I tried using a phillips screw driver at first...yeah that didn't work for me, I bent the screwdriver. Just be very dilberate when striking the punch becuase one slip and you'll have a custom engraved Anno job on your Trigger frame. Good luck BD21.
