    Making Level 10 more effective

I finally got my lvl 10 to work. It has the 1 notch carrier, 3 shims, and the medium spring. But after doing some tests, I noticed that it still has the tendency to chop a ball 1/2 way into the chamber. What should I change to make the lvl 10 not do this?

Move to the longest spring to further soften the level 10.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

use the biggest carrier that doesnt leak, and a little shims as you can get away with. Then as a last resort, goto the longest spring.

get a faster hopper, use fresh paint.

If the bolt is venting sometimes from just the force of the spring, but is still able to chop a ball other times that may due to the oring drying out, keep it greased.

to really get the LX tuned to not chop, you can use the largest spring or a tighter/smaller carrier, or both, but It dosen't sound like yours is working consistently enough for those kinds of changes yet
