Well, the sight rail on the back end is held on by 6 screws in the rail. That's easy. Just take them out and off.

What other rail are you speaking of?

there is another chrome plate on the sides right next to the foregrip and i don't know if it needs to be on for the gun to work

Well, that actually holds the foregrip on. If you want the grip, that has to stay.

Yes you can take it off. You say new, I assume it's an RT Pro. The rail is pre drilled (one hole) I mounted mine with one screw thru the pre drilled hole.

Deerchaser, so you are saying i can take both of the chrome sight rail and the chrome plates by the foregrip off the Ule RT and the foregrip will still be connected to the gun

Thanks, that is stainless steel rigid tubing that I custom install. You can't buy it pre bent. The fittings are around $10 each, has a psi rating at 10,300 working pressure. The tubing is 1/4" OD.

                      Hey Wayno,

Check out the custom work done at www.logicpaintball.com

They will mill out your rail (drop 65% of the weight) and put a slot in the rail for your foregrip. Cost around $45.00.

I have the same marker, you will love it once the ULT breaks in.

can the new RT ULE custom foregrip be switched with an old style foregrip (one with the finger grooves) without any modifications?

                          I think so

The top of the new grip is an verticle adaptor just without the pin. Just unsrew the grip and as long as the new grip will screw into a vert. adaptor you should be ok
