Anti-siphon is a must, make sure it's fitted to your gun. X-Chamber and an angled bottom line are good mods too. CO2 will not cause you problems unless liquid gets in the gun, which will freeze your gun, and possibly damage seals.

Just remember- Anti-Syphon can only be used on a bottom line. It CANNOT be used in vertical or remote capabilities. If you do, you'll do nothing but suck the liquid CO2 into the gun. Which, BTW, was exactly what you wanted to avoid.

Palmer's stabalizers run about $65 or $95 for the chrome/nickel plated ones. You can get them at www.palmerspursuit.com, but I'm not sure if County has them.
They probably do have in-line filters, but if they don't, Skanline does.

                    Air Filter?

I do believe the Minimag has a filter located in the elbow on the Vertical adapter. I guess another one couldn't hurt. An Anti-Syphon tank is the way to go on a bottomline. Just remember to not point your Mag to the ground to too long of a period when gassed-up. That would be a great way to get liquid into your valve :P. Also if you can't afford a Palmer Stab try a 6-Stage ACI X-chanber.

According to Palmers, it works better than an expansion chamber.

Get a used scuba tank and a scuba fill system so u could run a compressed air tank. All you'll have to do from there is fill the tank at a scuba shop for 5 bucks

I'm in full agreement with you Paint Magnet. Paintball_kid13 get a Palmer but not as a replacment for an Anti_Syphon. I recommend both. I used a Stab and an Anti-Syphon for about a year before I went Nitro. Too bad you have no local fill for Nitro. Try looking into a welding shop or fire Station that might fill a SCUBA tank or SCBA for you. By the time your done with getting the Palmer and Anti-Syphon you could have bought a decent preset Nitro tank. I've also seen 80cf SCUBA tanks on EBay for less then $100. It's worth the thought.

Dang dude you're new aren't you. Oh well, we all are new at one point. An X-Chamber is an Expansion chamber. All it does is give extra room for the CO2 to expand from liquid to gas. You can get them at most paintball stores. I would recommend an ACI 6 stage. They run for about $30.
