nope and there isn't a need for one since the valve has its own reg

      true however

I have an preset airtank at 850 and the manual for the rt says that the best input pressure to run is around 700 therefore i thought a second reg would be needed.

IT should read "at least 700psi". Mags work better at high pressure. The higher pressrue helps recharge rate. The mag valve has a built in regulator so all you really need is a preset tank that has a high output. Your 850psi output is perfect.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

No second reg! Bad BAD! The valve is rated for up to 3000psi direct input and you will find that in fact the RT valve is happier with higher pressures. But again to restate the above, a second reg will only hinder the recharge rate of the valve and is not something you want to spend money on.

in answer to your question, though, yes it does unthread...but like all the posts say, don't starve her with a 2nd reg.
