AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
check the body around the sear axle and even the axle itself, it sounds like the sear when pushed back isn't disengaging the bolt, you could also try (i know someone will yell at me for saying this) lengthening the the trigger rod a but just to see if perhaps it's been pushed back some how. just remember how many turns you did and you won't have any problem getting it back the way it was. also you said the sear was good, but did you check the back or the front? i had a worn out sear do the same thing to me. also just for fun crank the velocity a bit, even if it's where you think it should be now maybe something has changed.

go back to stock, take off the lvl 10 and put the stock bolt back on, it's a place to start, that way you can elimnate the lvl 10, if that doesn't fix it then put your stock on/off assmbly back, and if that doesn't work you could try your sotck frame just to see.

i had the same problem.... honestly i did.... first undo the feild strip screw. then tighten it just enough to the point where it just gets snug... not to tight not to loose... then try... if its a little better try fine tuning the screw if it is still a little buggy try the front frame screw anyways thats what solved my problem

see if you can score a stock bolt setup and an on/off from some one just to test. try them one at a time. aslo just for kicks try another ASA, and another tank. who knows the reg in your tank could be the problem
