    HUGE tank PROB ,plz HELP ME !!!!!!!

    i screwd my tank into my drop asa and tryed to unscrew it with no air in it at all and i broke the drop ,the screws stripped from the lower part were the bottom line screws in anywways the bottom line was still stuck on 2 the tank (pmi 1114ci 4500psi)i went home and tured it and the reg unscrewed from the tank ,(no air in tank at time). ,finally my local feild got the reg off the bottom line. now wut do i do 2 fix it? put some loctite and tork that sukka down? i want it to be safe. and i dont really wantto sed it in to pmi ,cuz ao day is next wweek. how safe will it be if i loctite and tork it down?can it blow? will it blow? will it leak? plz help me ,ths never happend to me.

      help is easy

      there are 2 things you can do... you can send it in to get fixed, or you can do it yourself. i have done it many times, switching regs. and what not, all you do it loctite and twist really hard lol... then let it dry for a day or 2 and you should be good

          any way 2 fix a gauge if the center peice of plastic comes of and is left with a hole ? i know i am stuipid

            Don't loctite your reg onto your tank. Just torque it down.

            The manufacturer's don't use loctite for a reason, leave it that way.

                      They don't loctite it because the loctite will clog the vent holes so it won't vent any ai till the reg is completley off or damn near, in un turning your tank into a rocket.

                            ROFL, I don't think you can sue for doing what somebody tells you to over the internet,

                            Take it to an airsmith to get torqued if you're that paranoid.
