as with all issuse dealing with any form of paintball airsorce...if it ****s up take it to an airtech......the last thig i want is another freak accedent

if you do it yourse;f (please dont) then dont loctite it ...it will cover the vent holes and cause a "tank rocket" if the tank comes unscrewed with air in it

Please. Understand what you are doing first. You are attatching a regulator to a high pressure vessel. You MUST contact the manufacturer and find out the proper way. DO NOT GUESS! There is a specific torgue value that MUST be adhered to. Find out what is is by calling the manufacturer.

Wicked, if applied properly loctite can be used effectively and safe.

I did it to my tank and made sure to apply very little to the end of threads and made sure the o-ring was good and the vent-hole was clear. I applied 2-3 drops of blue loctite, screwed on the cylinder, waited a good 3-4 hours, screwed the tank on my gun, went to the fill station, had them fill it very slowly (took about 5 minutes, no one else was around) got it to 4500, went to the chrony and shot some paint and all was good.

              well....

well i know for a fact that crossfire loctites there regs to the tanks. i have seen it in person where they do it, it is fine and nothing wrong will happen, i have 3 tanks that have it, and nothing is wrong with them
