    Warp Feed Sensitivity?

Well, I just bought a Pro-team warp feed, and while setting it up I discovered I have a problem. Setting the warp on the vibration mode and putting it at its most sensitive setting, I found that my automag did not have enough vibration to fire it. I'm using a classic valve. What do I do?

Sorry. I checked Havok's warp thing. It didn't help.

Are you using teh PTP warp sensor plate? Does it activate at all, like if you hit the plate directly?

I was under the impression that the pro team warp feed wasn't supposed to be set for "vibration" but for "external sensor/intelifeed", and connected to the sensor in the mounting plate.

a classic valve has MORE then enough vibration to activate a warp.

Here's a question, when you set it to FULL sensitivity, does it run on it's own? if not, I suspect there's something else wrong (batteries dead?)

Yeah, when I set it to full sensitivity it runs on its own. I discovered the problem when I was trying to optimize the warp to my marker.

I think brian is right about the plate, it's got a wire and an input plug sticking out of it so i don't think it's for vibration. The person I bought it from had done some modifications to it. I know he put in an on/off switch, set it up to use 2 9 volts and put in a 12v regulator so as to not fry the board.

On the bottom of the circut board container(The black thing on the back, if what I said isn't right) there is a white button that, when pushed, spins the wheel and activates the warp, so I know there are good batteries and that it works, It's just the vibration reader that seems to be messed up.

That's what I'm talking about. The PTP uses an external sensor plate. They have been known to go bad and/or lose sensitivity. That may be where the issue is.

So assuming that the PTP has gone bad, what do I do about it? And if I have to replace it, how much is it going to cost?

Upon second look, the PTP has a wire sticking out of it, is that supposed to be plugged into the warp? and if so, where?

If I had 65 to spend on an intelli right now I'd do it. But unfortunatly, I do not.

Anyone who wants to chip in and, you know, buy me an intelliframe is more than welcome

Sensor input. You may have to change the internal jumper position for it to work correctly.
