Do you have the internal parts in the power tube (the tube the bolt slides over) installed correctly? If not, the bolt won't slide all the way down. Also, make sure you have a bumper on the valve.

Go through the picture diagrams on the AGD tech corner of www.airgun.com and make sure everything is installed correctly.

i thought that might be the problem, but i took apart the power tube tip a few times, checcked if things were right. the carrier was flat, its .5, i have 2 shims in, also flat, i put the power tube tip back on, it screwed in fine, i fit it snug, then put the bolt over the power tube tip and it wont go far enough over. its not a huge space but enough to mess with my trigger inside the mainbody. so, the whole valve is sticking to far into my mainbody and covering my trigger. oh, after the first time i took it apart i forget to put the bumper back in. and i mean the bumper behind the power tube tip. the gun leaked alot after i started shooting, but when i aired it up and didnt shoot it was ok. i took it apart again and found that i forgot to put in the bumper, i put it back in. then i didnt have any more air to check it out. so to be continued........

i just opened the power tube up and checked over everything. turns out i misplaced the bumper infront of the carrier and not behind. i changed this to the proper place that i found on a disc that came with my level 10 kit. they had a diagram that i followed. i dont have air to test it out but its back to normal, and it doesnt cover the trigger in the mainbody. and the pin behind the trigger comes down easily. the bolt slides all the way over the power tube tip now. thanks BlackVCG.
