I did see an aftermarket bolt for a mag, it looked the same as a normal bolt, but had a delrin plug pressure fitted into the face of the bolt.... (possibly a good way for you to go with the testing)
but as far as I am aware the ANS bolts are all single piece (my ANS venturi is anyway...)
hope that's a help

I have one of them, too, and I'd say it looks like the body and venturi parts are one piece. The plunger might be a second piece, but I'd have to pull the foamie off to tell. I'd guess that they made the venturi's by placing the bolt in a vertical-axis indexer on a mill.Originally posted by NIghtStalker001Does anyone know wether or not this bolt is a 2 piece.I showed my buddy who is into machining and he was amazed and couldnt figure out how they machined the bolt.Does anyone know?Comment

looking at the stock bolt it looks to me like maybe the piston is threaded or pressed in it could have been milled as one piece but I would think it would be easier to press it in. just a guess though.GearAGD - "[/tom kaye shakes head in disbelief]"
