I'm guessing that the sear has worn a bit over time allowing the bolt to sit farther forward. This needs to be compensated for by using a shorter powertube spacer. If you don't have one, shorten an existing one by rubbing against a file or sandpaper lying on a flat surface. Keep test fitting until you no longer have the leak.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Well I appreciate all your help but i figured it out. After about thirty times of rebuilding my valve i started to look elsewhere. when i ordered my rebuild kit i also ordered an intelliframe. Needless to say this moron here did not know you had to take the 2 brass things apart off the old trigger frame and put one of them in the intelliframes field strip hole- which in effect goofed the valve spacing all up. Well even though i missed my game the thing shoots ten times as accurate now!
