It sounds to me like you have a bad battery.... how old is the marker?

What you could do to determine if its bad or not is, get your hands on a adjustable DC power supply and apply 18v to the battery terminal of the marker and see if it still fails. Just be very carfull not to apply the positive of the supply to the negative of the marker b/c you could burn the board!!!!!

      Try this then...

Remove the valve and the body from your emag, but leave the rail sitting on the lowers. Once both are off, remove the yellow pin to turn it on and put it on E mode. Put your finger over the rear of the sear (the part that hits the on/off pin) and push down while pulling the trigger. This SHOULD push your finger up. See if it does everytime, if so, how strong is it pushing? It should be pretty strong. If it is weak it could very well be the battery (will get to that latter), if it is strong and moves everytime, I would say that the solenoid plunger needs to be adjusted.

To check the battery, find somone that has a voltmeter, turn it to 20 vdc and see what kind of voltage the battery is putting off also try charging it first.

To adjust the plunger (what i think it is), from the point your at now, you will have to remove the grip on the side of the trigger frame with the display. then there will be a small E clip on the plunger, you will need to remove this. Once it is out you can slide the rail off, just do it carefully and take a note of the angle the sear has to move in order to slide out, it will have to go back in at the same angle. Once it is out try turning by hand the plunger, first try screwing it outwards (make it longer), then put it all back together minus the E clip and test it, see if its better or worse. Then adjust acordingly.

I'll try all you suggested, but I've been trying to charge the battery but it hasn't worked, so my charger might be out. But I had it charged before and the gun didn't fire still. So I'll have to recharge the battery and then figure the firing problem out. Thanks for all your help guys I'll look into all this and hopefully figure it out.

Ok I did you tested the sear and its pushing weak. And now I have a new problem. When I put the battery on the charger it goes red for about 10 min. then turns green. I put it on the gun and I get a low battery message. Does this mean bad battery or charger. Any Ideas. I'm thinking the battery because that would explain the shooting problem, but again i don't know.
