If weight is a concern, use a single finger carbon fiber frame that comes stock on some mags. Very light, Very durable.

Ditto on the Dye frame, whatta piece of crap that is............

Alright, since you all seem to have the same feelings about the Dye frame being a piece of crap I won't get it, thanks for the info, it saved me alot of money! I'll go with the stock carbon fiber ones then. However, Tunaman mentioned modding it to work perfectly, is this possible?

Also, Gunga, I clicked your Custom Products link for the dovetail but the browser was moving slower than a snail! Is it just my computer or did you guys have trouble getting there too? If you could, can you give me the name of the exact product you are refering to? And does this item replace the dovetail on the Flatline then, right? So it should look just like the stock one on the Flatline too, right? Any info would be great!

      Thanks,
      -Commander-

Link works fine for me. It's called a 'Flatline Air System Adapter' and looks just like the AGD one.

Alright, now the link works for me, I'll take your advice and get it.

Sorry to ask again, but I have someone pushing me with an amazing deal for the Dye 45* Frame, and Tunaman said that it could be modded to work perfectly (hopefully he'd be willing to operate on it for me if I do get it), do you believe it is possible to mod it so that it'd be in-spec? Because I could easily buy the grip from this guy's store and have it modded to work for the same price it would cost me to just buy the same one from an online store. Tell me what you think.

          Thanks,
          -Commander-

Cheap crap is still crap. If you've just gotta buy something Dye, go buy some gloves or something, not that triggerframe.

The AGD Flatline drop forward DOES NOT have a dovetail adapter on it--Meaning It will NOT work in combo with a dovetail mount of any kind. The drop is made to be attached directly to the metal retaining clip that goes around the Flatline.
You'll have to remove the dovetail mount from the retaining clip around the Flatline and replace it with the end of the AGD drop.
Now, this becomes a pain in the butt issue. It's not exactly easy and quick to remove that retaining clip. In fact, I would suggest finding a way to mount your gun using the dovetail adapter...basically, leaving a drop forward completely out of the loop.
In other words, you'd essentially be mounting your tank right to the bottom of your grip frame.
On way to do this is to attach a Custom Products (CP) tank rail to your grip frame and then just attach the Flatline's dovetail mount to the tank rail. A very simple solution (I have done this with mine)

Just a suggestion. Here's a pic of the rail drop:
