I take it you are shooting a retro mag by your forum name. The reg seat oring shouldn't take any abuse. I shoot many cases or paint plus countless dry fires through my mags without ever changing an oring. I bought a retro oring kit 5 years ago and still have most of it. I also have most of my classic oring kit that I bought back in 1993. Orings are not something that gets chewed up if you properly lubricate your mag and prevent debris from getting in.Originally posted by RTspagso if i have a strand/string coming off the new regulator seat o-ring i only shot a case with, i should definately put replace it.... i swear, im chewing these o-rings up like crazy. bleh im gonna cut it off for nowExcept for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
