I have a question for you- Are you using a classic rail or something differant with the benchy frame?
I had a similar issue and wasn't really thinking. When I realized that my benchy frame wasn't flush with my RPG rail. Where as with a classic rail it wouldn't have been an issue. I put a differant frame on and all my probs disappeared.
