Make sure you have no leaks in your air system between the tank and the bolt. Use a little dishwashing liquid in water, apply it to the fittings, look for bubbles. The main thing I would say is to try retuning your Lvl 10. Something that I caught this weekend was that the sudden warming and humidity change affected my Lvl 10.

Tuning the Lvl 10:
Tunaman taught me a neat trick that works when trying to help someone check if they have the right carrier.
Oil your o-ring, put it into the 2.0 carrier (2 lines, no dots), slide it onto the bolt stem and attempt to dangle the bolt. (You are holding the carrier while trying this.) If the bolt slips off the carrier from its own weight, go to a smaller carrier. Use the largest carrier that will not allow the bolt to slip off using this test. Do not add any shims yet. Oil everything, assemble, and break in the o-ring by shooting out a tank of air. After doing this, you may need to change carriers and use the next smallest. Now, start adding shims one at a time until it leaks down the barrel. Take the shim out. You are now ready to go.Andrew Borntreger

Which level 10 spring are you using? Sounds like bolt stick to me, if the lvl-10 powertube oring is properly lubricated then the carrier might be to small (which will cause to much drag and not reset).
Def the installation tips above^ are good'ns so try walking through that and use good lube when doing so. I like super lube for my guns, it's not too thick like some greases but it's a little thicker than some of the other paintball gun oils out there... when I break my gun down after playing hard all day the whole gun (most importantly the lvl10 orings) are still well lubricated. I've only had the bolt hang up once in my mag and that was due to short stroking. Def helps alot to use good lubricant in your mag... off topic but for some odd reason I hate the way "lube" sounds... so I say lubricant. Also the word moist bothers me...
Goodluck... ohh yeah be careful when doing this but if it's a pain to degas your marker you can just push the bolt back with your finger to reset it, just be extra careful (eye protection as always) and NEVER look down the barrel when it's gassed up... cool? Hope this helps.Comment

I've dealt with three brand new markers lately from AGD and all of them had too small of a carrier from the factory.Originally posted by superstevomanyes it is brand new i have used it only twice it has done it from day one i thought it would be a ware in thing
I use KC Trouble Free oil in my markers and would recommend it to anyone.
Oh, this should not be your problem, but after 20,000 - 30,000 shots you will need to replace your bolt spring. That is normal maintenance. I use the red one most often in my markers.Andrew Borntreger

well i tried adding a shim it hellped a little the so i added another shimm then it sharted chopping to i am stumped again....Comment

Shims don't affect chopping. There is something else causing problems if you are chopping all of a sudden. I would hazard a guess that your finely tuned level 10 needs to use the next larger carrier. Do this without any shims installed first, so that you know if any leaking is caused by the carrier oring and not the shims.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment
