Just use the middle red spring. It is the most universal spring and works well. The longest silver spring may or may not work in the gun setup you use.
Fine tuning the level 10 involves using the largest carrier that does not cause the carrier oring to leak. Always use the same oring when changing carriers. This is done without any shims. You probably won't ever need shims to be installed anyway, but you can put them in after the level 10 is fully tuned. Add the powertube shims until you get a leak, then remove the one that caused the leak.
