actually, I'm fairly certain it's the same OD as the valves, and the classic bodies...or close enough for my purposes...

in case anyone else wanted the Ion info, the ID of the Ion body sleeve is approximately 1 7/32"

The bore for the valve is right at an inch, I believe. On a straight thru classic body, the ID is 1 inch. So the OD on the ULE body is around 1 1/8". You could shim the inside of the body opposite the valve air input.
