Cover your powerfeed with a sound absorbing material go to McMaster.om they have a few good ones. Lower your FPS to about 220, yes you'll have to lob if your shooting in a distance but the key to a sniper is to get close. And last would be to make a silencer for your barrel, use the AGD non ported barrel and make a silencer extention for the barrel. A little warning, I heard silencer is considered illegal by the ATF and yes, even on a paintball gun (not sure how true is that though). Good Luck!!

also insulate or 'soften' the connection from your tank and your gun. Sound resonates well through your tank. We used to put a layer or two of fairly tough foam between our grip and our drop/rail just to help deaden the sound a bit.

Well you could also get a phantom, I love mine and with a CCM carbon fiber barrel it, all you here is the ball landing. Or if you want the quietness of a dm4, get a dm4 or 5. Just my two cents, I know you want to keep it a mag.

I have the Powerlyte Scepter in 12" on my TacOne and E-Tac --- I've been told that my Mags make much less noise than other markers because of the barrel.

You could try getting your hands on an old smart mag valve from smart parts. You would have to get it used. SP stopped making them years ago. They were pretty quiet though. I can't really describe the sound, but they sounded pretty cool. It almost kind of sounded like the bolt clicking with a real quiet shot following that. It was a real weird sound.

I've got one. It's pretty cool; I wouldn't let it go for anything.
