wow, it looks great. How about some pics of the innards?

Now get a ULE body and an xvalve and you can REALLY confuse some people!

the pics of the innards didnt turn out very well.. and there is very little see since the mpa-3 and solenoid is all up where the shocker solenoid should be.. all you can see is the board some wires and tube..

No they dont, I have a shocker frame I was going to try this one as well. You also have to possibly mill some of the back of the frame down to fit the rear field strip screw.

          What solenoid did you use?

How durable are the parts attached to the on/off? Is it something that would survive a paintball shot or two if hit during a game?

the holes of the frame do not line up perfectly.. but very close.. just went at the back hole on the frame with a dremel untill it fit.

I used this solenoid from air soldier this one is small but I would recomend finding a different one that can handel a higher input pressure

And the T fitting, i'm fortunate enough to live 2 minutes away from a pneumatic parts distribution center.. they hold clipard and a bunch of other brands

I can't give you a direct link or I would, the mcmaster site dosen't work like that.

On the left hand side of the page at http://www.mcmaster.com/ in the "find products" box type in "brass tee".

The search should bring up what you are looking for, it's in the top row, far right...

FYI to all - the nice looking ss one in the pic is not high enough to allow a LPR to sit side-saddle on the mag valve. The square brass one is. (Learned form experience :-0 )

Oh ,and btw, this noid would make a suitable replacement.

Its the one I used in my E-frame. It can handle up to about 80 psi. If that is not enough to move the on/off pin, I would suguest either a ULT, OR, using a emag quad oring in the on/off top to replace the small center one.

Thanks for that tip BigEvil, I was thinking about doing a similar project, but with a different frame, and I wasn't sure If there'd be enough room for everything with a larger noid.

Nice mod. What do you figure was the total cost involved?
