How exactly did you fabricate it assuming you did at home. Is it something that can be done by us at home or should we just stick to the regular pnuemag setup?

Sure, you could do it at home... assuming you have a milling machine.

Hmmm....I guess it's out of the picture...I think I'll be trying the SMC actuator and I'll let you guys know how that works out for me.

I have CadKey, I could do a 3d model and file that would give people a head start if they wanna fab it on their own. Somone lay out some dimensions...

Then you just open it using the free file viewier software from keycreator.

Will this fit in my Y Frame because I have been measuring the internals for my Y frame because I was planning on ordering the SMC Mini Actuator but it seems like the way the Y Frame sits it doesn't have as much room in front of the sear as the other frames do.

The sear could be a slotted and the ram could then simply move directly forward and back..

id really like to see pnuemagger try and make one of these, seems so much easier to sell, he could just sell the peice as a whole, easy mount up..and seems to leave room for an internal lpr..

Dang it. The day before I go out to buy a new shotgun I see this and get the mill idea back in my head. This looks to be very easy to make with even the smallest of benchtop mills. The only change I think I would make would be to make the trigger rod with a small oring to seal the valve in the open position and then enlarge the exhaust hole to try to make it cycle faster, not that it sounds as if it matters much.
Why doesnt anything work for me.
