heres my attempt to solve it.

IF you e-mail SHE will come.

A = Email
B = She
C = To be announced
If "A" then "B"
If "B" then "C"
You can't have "B" but you might get "C"
If Tom Kaye gets to "C" he will have WLIPP
This will make Tom happy and hopefully all of you too.

so, if you e-mail, she will come. and if she comes, then it will be announced, meaning if you e-mail it will be announced. does she and what is to be announced necessarily have to be related? no...and if tom gets to C, he will have WLIPP. and this should make us all happy.

well....heres my thoughts, it has to be paintball related(a hunch), and the she is pointing to women, so- Women's League In Pro Paintball

but going on the idea that SHE has nothing to do with anything, im thinking- World Leauge In Pro Paintball...less likely i think.

in both, you cant have the "SHE" either because SHE is nonexistent, or because you aint lucky enough to have a talented paintballer for a girlfriend.
