Btw, I use Parker on my guns as well (Thanks Tunaman) and that stuff is pretty darn thick. I am really not too worried about having it on my gun. Also the working pressure of Parflex is 500 psi i believe, which means it can handle 4x that. My cocker only takes about 500 psi and the emag i will hopefully have soon will only be running about 700.

I pciked up 100' of nylon-12 1/8" hose. It only comes in black with a working pressure is 1000 psi. That exceeds my use. Haven't had a problem for two years now. Also, When I bought it in bulk it was a lot cheaper. The brass fittings are rated with the hose. I do recut the ends occaionally when they start to get marked up. The fittings are ugly and little larger than the junk sold by pb store.
There is never a concern of bursts when you do something right. I'm looking for a little flashier fittings and will use them if they are as good quality.
The manufacturer did have colored hoses but the all had operating pressures around 700.
If you do your homework and watch what you're doing you'll never have a problem.
Ironically, I so believed this was superior hose I thought 'Great! I'll sell it for a buck a foot and the fittings for 2.50 ea. on ebay. Had only one taker. Most people thought that because the cost was so cheap it was inferior.
Maybe I'll rebrand it and sell 2 ft of hose and 2 fittings for 17.50.
1000psi operating and over 3000 burst is strong enough for any pb system. As previous people mentioned here the fittings are the key.
