Ive always been particular to US made goods. If I were in the market to buy a new pair, Id buy a pair of Smokin' Outlast pants.Comment

You can still find these around in good secondhand condition and occasionally brand new ... I have a pair of empire tournament pants of this type: http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/2519/
They are seriously excellent pants, the design is great (if a tad lacking in padding in the knee area, but I wear kneepads anyway), the durability is incredible, and the price is right (even new these were about $70).
Make sure you get a pants with stretch panels, those make a huge difference for paintball with all the crouching you do, and I personally always look for good ventilation, but I live in a tropical zone.Comment

Haha, I'm filming for www.monkey-with-a-gun.com from now on, and some of the angles get you shot a lot... for some reason I got shot in the legs more than anything and so I'm adding plenty of padding to these pants...Originally posted by DaFinArmor? SCA?

I own a pair and I very much like them. I think they are a little on the pricey side but I do not regret spending that money.Comment

I agree 100%!
These are great pants and the knee pad is second to none."Relax. Don't worry. Have a Home Brew."
