The PNG is a pixel format, just an output from the native illustrator document.

Keep in mind that a good logo can be viewed clearly even when printed small such as on a biz card. When I create logo's at work I make sure to print them out small and see if they still work at that size. It looks like you text is disproportionately small compared to the image and as a result wouldn't work small. Also you don't need to cram the words so tight, they are uncomfortably horizontally scaled. Hope that helps.Comment
