I have noticed that every time I buy a really nice "flagship" marker I tend to be a bit more aware of how I treat the rig, rather than just going balls out and playing hard sliding, diving, crawling, etc.
My level seems to be around $3-400 for a new marker, aside from required minor upgrades. I can just get my game on with a marker in that price range, whereas over that I am too worried about damging it. Considering that aside from bells and whistles , many of the low priced markers today more than get the job done.
At what level of expense do you notice you will change your style of play to protect the marker?
