So tough guy, what exactly did PTP get out of BE? Oh wait - there's a gag order - Which is my point exactly. That means that you can spew and spin whatever you want without anything of substance to back it up. Contract? Speaking of contracts - Doesn't Smart Parts also have contracts which validate their claims of legitimacy for their patents? Aren't you one of the people collecting money to try to help overturn those?

my one thing to add would be

I understand companies need to protect their intellectual property, however it seems to be and hopefully this isnt the case but we are seeing more protecting than creating and innovating

The good ol boys are gone, the industry has gone corporate, and those who have replaced the good ol boys dont care what you have to say. Your audience is all but disappeared. Big companies arent stupid enough to debate this publicly, and thats the reason for non-disclosure and gag orders.
