that was uncalled for, i should delete it but i don't feel like hitting 'backspace' that many times. i hope you either get your money back or get your missing parts. i understand the light wallet thing. i already feel guilty buying paintball accessories, it would suck alot more if they came to me broken or incomplete.

I know what you are saying about him making a mistake. I would never have posted here if he had replied to me. Me posting here (and other places) is my last ditch effort to get him to acknowledge me, and warn others that this is how he does business.

I'm sure that if you don't have a problem with the sale, you would have a positive opinion of him. The second sale I did with him went off w/o a hitch (besides him not sending me my missing parts).

I'm just wanting him to set things straight, can't blame me there can you? You have to admit that 5.5 months after purchasing something and no replies to emails is a bit negligent. And a showing of my patience and lack of the "Knee-jerk" reaction.

I went and bought a full freak kit for this barrel, I would like one that will work with it. Might be too much to ask, but my logic and lighter wallet don't think so. I can't even use the kit with my other guns because I shoot AKA's, and you know it's sacrilege to put SP products on those!

As for your AKA issues, get a deadlywind Fibur barrel and sheath the SP with some goodness to counter the bad mojo the Gardeners put in...

They always seem to appear right after the holidays, right after Spring Break, or just at the beginning of summer. Odd coincidence that as someone who works in the school system he would be a bit busy around those times and maybe get behind?

Wouldn't those be times when he is more caught up? After all, he doesn't have to work his day job, so he can catch up on the projects he's been blowing off for 6 months?

I did not realize that the post office provides that service, all my SP products are also cleansed in that way. I still think it will be hard explaining that to my fellow AKA whores while they are clubbing me!

It bothers me when every couple of months there is yet another thread vilifying him. While it appears that Squirrel has a legit gripe, the initial knee-jerk "Avoid White Wolf" (which is in the title of the thread) is overkill.

It seems to bother a lot of other people as well, especially those that sent him money and have not recieved any response at all even after multiple attempts at contact. It's one thing when there's only a single gripe once in a blue moon, but when it keep coming up over and over again on a regular basis, there's a problem.

It doesn't just happen in the Winter, Spring or Summer, it happens in the Fall as well.

Since you've been watching his bio-rythems for some years now, perhaps you could publish a calendar with good days and bad days to contact W.W.A.? It would probably be easier if you just told us the 3 days a year he actually responds to e-mails after he's got your money. I doubt it's even that many days.

I have never had any problems with him.
If you contact him thru one of his Ebay auctions he always responds.
You just have to know how to do it.

When I had my problem with him I tried the "contact through eBay" trick to no avail. What did I do wrong, did I not sacrifice a virgin chicken or something? Were the planets not aligned?

I don't deny the claims of those of you who feel you were slighted by Joe, but since I have never experienced anything like that myself I can't stand idly by when someone who is green to this site over-reacts. 15 posts and having registered less than a month ago is Green in terms of this site.

That's a straw man and you know it. Stop typing to insinuate that somehow his post count and how long ago he registered has anything to do with his opinion. You keep saying that his opinion is valid but then you keep attacking it as a knee jerk reaction.

Maybe the real problem is that he hasn't read the dozens, perhaps hundreds, of other complaints about W.W.A. and isn't jaded enough yet. He actually expects half way decent service from W.W.A. just like he expects it from *gasp* pretty much every other company. Sucker.

I just think y'all need to take a step back, breathe, and stop trying to jump on the bandwagon.

And I think you need to stop letting the trees get in the way of you seeing the forest.

Everyone who complains isn't jumping on any bandwagon, or whatever you have to say to yourself to justify defending someone who has a regular pattern of bad customer service.

As I said before I've never had a problem with him. In fact he's gone out of his way to help me in the past. I was looking for a '99 mini cocker pump kit. He didn't have any when I emailed him and he actually emailed me three weeks later when he had them again, plus he custom cut and threaded the pump rod to the specs I needed for no charge.

The only point I concede is that getting good service from him is hit or miss. I'm sorry that you feel slighted by him, but my experiences don't lead me to the same conclusions as you.

I think everyone has made their opinions abundantly clear, and anything more is beating a dead horse. You aren't going to change my mind and I'm not going to change yours.

Yes, Thanks for the offer to help Chronobreak. My only issue is with the off-center phrantom barrel, but I think my only route is paypal on that one.

I've bought from White Wolf a number of times and had no issues. Once an order was lost, but an e mail solved the problem and I got my Phantom stuff pretty quickly.
