    tis the life

Tis the life of small business in a slowing economy. I doubt paintball will go away, it may slow for awhile but doubt it will ever go away. Many businesses that are not paintball related are alos struggling and closing shop...just the way it is in a slowing economy and the economy has been slowing for quite sometime and probably will not pick up until well after elections. This is the economy that only Large companies can survive and even some of them struggle.

Actually, I'm not sad to see them go. My experience with them, a long time ago, had to do with an undeclared backorder (they didn't tell me it was backordered) and lack of communication. I'm sad to see another paintball store close down, but not them specifically.
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

I bought things from them 3 times, 2 were a problem.

First time, bought a 98 custom through them on their Ebay store in 2001. All was well until 2 months later another 98 shows up on my doorstep and a new charge from them on my card. They didn't seem to want to believe that I hadn't ordered a second gun from them, and took quite a bit of complaining and time to get my money back.

Second, got a Dye Excel barrel from them for 7 bucks, no problems.

Third time, got a bunch of clearance random stuff (cheapo LPR for test guns, 1/8NPT to ASA adapters, etc...). Some of it shipped, some of it never did. Finally got an email later saying some of the stuff was gone never to be seen again, would I like to change the color of what I had ordered. Sure, I changed the color, it was just for prototype stuff anyways. Still never showed up. They wouldn't reply to any emails about it either, I eventually gave up because it wasn't much money..

Seeing places go under sucks, but it sucks less seeing that I'm not the only person that had crappy experiences with them.

Same. I ordered a new tank from them last year. No contact for 2 weeks. Finally gat a live voice- "Oh, its on backorder". Asked to cancel my order. A month later, still no refund. Started calling Every day, and Emailing. Finally got my $$$ back.

          Good Riddance.
