    E-mag questions

SO, I'm thinking about buying some E-mag lowers. I have a few questions though.

I've heard you need a different on/off for the valve before running E-mag lowers, where can I get one of these assemblies?

What are the different types of software? What's the benefit of one software over another?

Can E-mag lowers be used with any rail? I'm using an AM/MM rail milled for a warp left ULE body.

Do E-mag lowers use a special sear? Would this sear typically come with a set of lowers?

Currently, I run an ePneumag....I'll be posting a video soon of the lowers to see if I could sell them, and for how much. I want to keep my body, valve, barrel, etc. if possible, just wanna sell the lowers and turn mine into an E-mag. So if you want to turn your 'mag into an ElectroPneumag with no modification, keep a look out. They're awesome, but my dream gun is an X-mag, and now that they're selling ACE kits for E-mags, that's the direction I want to take.

    Yeah...E-mag n00b here, but not a n00b to mags.

Here are the answers to some of your questions:

You need to use a standard on/off assembly from AGD. This means NOT the ULT on/off. E-Mags run a standard on/off pin length of .712 I run them a bit shorter. When you go to the AGD on-line store,.. look under "E-Mag parts". You can also EMAIL Tuna or get them from his store "Tunamart". He can hook you up with whatever you need.

The E-Mag comes with the AGD software it was shipped with, unless it was sent in for work done to it via Tuna or AGD. In this case,... they may have upgraded the software with the current "AGD 3.2" software which most E-Mags are running now.

The other choice would be LournCash's (of the AO) XMOD software. This is a more enhanced version of software for your E-Mag. If you had an ACE, you would want this software as it helps make adjustment more simple. The software also sports other fire mode (ramping, response, NXL, etc). You can purchase the software and programmer from LournCash on ebay or contact him on here.

You cant use them with the classic R/T rail as stock. If you have one of these rails, you can order a bushing from AGD which would make the rail work with the lowers.

As far as I know,... you can use any other rail you wish. Personally,... I stick to the R/T Pro & E-Mag rails due to that they use the newer sear axle pin.

Yes. E-Mag lowers require an E-Mag sear. A classic or R/T Pro sear will not work. Typically the lowers do some with the sear.

Why do you want an X-Mag,.. for the ACE? X-Mags are limited,.. and hard to come by. If you DO get the chance to get one,.... Id jump on it!

PM me about your Pneumag,..... I might be able to help you with it if you decided to keep it.

Thanks. AFAIK, I have a standard on/off...how can I be sure?

On the X-mag....My dream gun is this: E-mag lowers, Level 10, ACE, warp left. Until recently, if you wanted all these, X-mag was your answer. But now they sell ACE kits for E-mags, so my dream gun is now much easier to acquire. I don't want to piss away money on an X-mag now, maybe after I graduate from the Air Force Academy. But, now that they sell ACE kits, I can get my dream gun much sooner.

I'll go ahead and PM you on the Pneumag.

        The ULT on/off:

        The E-Mag on/off w/ .712 pin

Looking at the standard on/off, you can see that its a little bit shorter and does not have the longer section below the porting.

The top of the pin in the ULT is alot larger than the pin inside the standard on/off as well.

the pin on the emag needs to be .712 in long.

Emag sears use the rt sear axle so you will need a rt sear compatible rail. most are but am/mm rails arent dallara rails arent the logic alpha is not, just to name a few.

Here are the prices as I see them for each piece (new):

                  Intelli-Frame (Chrome/Nickle) - = $ 119.00
                  APE Rampage Board - - - - - - - = $ 50.00
                  SMC SY113 Solenoid - - - - - - - = $ 40.00
                  MPA-3 Ram - - - - - - - - - - - - = $ 32.00

                  Total - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - = $ 241.00
                  ------------------------------------------------

                  Warp Feed - - - - - - - - - - - - -= $ 99.00

                  Total - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - = $ 340.00
                  ------------------------------------------------

                  LPR - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - = $40

                  Total - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - = $ 380
                  ------------------------------------------------

The thing with your frame, is the battery in the warp feed. You really need to cut the cost of the milling required to get the battery inside the frame. Reason being is that if you were to sell this to a non-warp user or wanted to increase the possible sale,... the milling would be required. Luke does some ULE milling for I-Frames. Going rate is $40.

I have no idea what size tank you have and what max fill PSI its rated for. I dont know the hydro date either. If you gave me some of that information I could tell you what thats worth.

I also guessed on the board you used,... looks to me from the LED that your using an APE board of some kind.

                    No tank included...

                    Here's what it comes with:

                    Intelli Frame with guts
                    Palmers Rock LPR
                    CP Bleeder ASA
                    ULT on/off
Warp feed with 12 volt mod
                    15 degree ASA
                    Bike grip

How much is THAT worth? And do all warps come with those connections where I have my power source plugged in?

And yes, it's an APE board. I believe I said all that in the video...

Personally i would put up a bst thread and only settle on a straight up trade for an emag or the cash equivalent , its atleast worth that much. Also I would shoot a shorter video showing you shooting ropes of paint with a BRIEF description ... you can then link to the other vids if someone wants more info

Yeah, okay. I was thinking it was worth at least as much as E-mag lowers.
