As of right now nothing. Technically there was no crime so the police can't/ won't do anything (their words. Not mine). I am still waiting on a response from ebay. Probably worse case is that he loses both of his ebay accts. (Like that is punishment. It takes all of 5 min to make another.)

It doesnt work that way, I'm one man team for this. Basically using a net of skype accounts randomly assorted in a stack each one calls said number with a pre recorded message incase the person picks up or answer machine picks up. Then in succession each one calls and plays said message and hangs up. Basically making the phone line inoperable and if they arent home over loading any voicemail or answermachine.

A real guerrila tactic and probablly illegal. Good tool for my other hobby.
