Should Store owner stock a Tac 1

    by what i mean with putting our personal guns on the wall, i mean guns like mags and pump and high end guns. stuff that wont sell even if pushed. however by having them on the wall, sometimes someone will want it bad enough and WILL have us order one for them.

    why spend $400 on a mag that will be on the wall 6+ months when you can get 3 ions that WILL sell with in 2 weeks and will probably have tanks and hoppers that will go with it.

      Thats a big part of the problem, the Mag isn't similarly priced. Mags are expencive, the people who will spend the amount of money a mag costs generally want more performance than a stock mag gives, the Etek and Protege and will generally sell instead.

        My store does that as well, puts personal guns on a seperate wall as a demo of what can be gotten. They keep Intimidators and Marqs in stock for sale, but most everything else over $400 is display only.

          I'd agree with the first part, but where are you getting that mags are getting back into the limelight? I love 'em too, but if my daughter is ugly... I'm not going to say "she's got a chance to become a beauty queen"
