iirc, some minimag bodies came pump milled, or im sure luke or someone can do it for you if its not.

I've seen Minimags with pump kits and never heard of them having to be custom fitted or anything, so I would guess so.Originally posted by Spider-TWSorry, I just meant the pump handle fitting around the body.

My take on the minimag:
It shoots where you point it. Period.
I used to have one with a cp one peice on it, and it was feared on every field I ever played on.
I'm in the process of collecting some parts to build it again. I miss shooting perfectly too much.

"It shoots where you point it. Period."-tech-chan
My Minimag has a 16" Armson stealth rifled barrel, and it blows the opposition away.

Is it pretty much the same marker but a bit smaller?
Is it as reliable as a ''normal'' mag?
I mean, I have a Tac-One and I find it kinda small which is perfect
And also, do they make anymore Mini Mags? or must it be a special order or so?
thanks a bunch guys and possibly girls also
I have one up for sale in the BST section if your looking for one. can be found here: http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...92#post2553192

LoL, anyone who studied any type of physics in their life should instantly know "Shockers shoot farther." is wrong because it doesnt meet the requirements of a simple force diagram....on the other hand the mini vs classic question it depends on what your comparing it to. Id compare it to an old classic that was standard feed, no foregrip, bottomline.....which would be a smaller marker, but put a tank and hopper on both and thats when you see the minimag was mini.Originally posted by ThePixelGuruSorry, but in my book the "Minimag is bigger" statements rank right up there with "Shockers shoot farther." Well, except for the fact that I don't even have to get out of my chair to prove this one wrong...
The "Shockers shoot farther." thing makes me laugh everytime someone mentions it....all you have to do is ask them "why does it shoot farther" and you will find a reason to laugh too.

Bigger is bigger.
If it's measurably, consistently bigger, it's still bigger, even if it's not by much.
One difference the shroud tends to make is during transport -- if you're trying to tote the gun around and wanting to make the best use of your space -- even if you pull the barrel, you still might have to contend with the shroud. Say, if you're trying to fit two markers and their accessories in one of those handgun cases. It's not a huge deal for most people, but it's something to think about. Ask me how I know this.
You could get creative and use the extra bit of body to mount something on, but for the most part, it's literally dead weight.
Other than that, you get the vertical adapter, which was not part of the classic Automag 68 if I recall.. You can try to compare the bottomline with the vertical adapter, but the reality is nearly nobody ever uses a vertical adapter without a bottomline (ironically, I actually have run it in this setup, but only with a 4oz tank). On the other hand, there are plenty of people who run just the bottomline without a vertical adapter or foregrip."Accuracy by aiming."
Definitely not on the A-Team.

O rly?Originally posted by GoatBoythe reality is nearly nobody ever uses a vertical adapter without a bottomline

I sometimes run a 9oz for longer games, so not just for tiny tanks.
