                  What he is saying is he is using a milling bit that has a fully rounded tip & is 3/16" (.188") in diameter. For each pass on the body it moved .007 of a a inch up the part. Which is a very small number.

                      With a seven thou (0.007") stepover on a 3/16" BEM, the cusp height is only one ten thou (0.0001" tall).

                      The things may look furry in a pic taken with the flash on, but I'd be real surprised if you could even feel those ridges with your fingernails dragging over the surface.

                      He ain't kiddin' when he says that'll buff out in no time flat.
