    PTP Mircomag

Is there any reason not to buy a Micromag? Can anyone tell me what common problems they have, if any? Can i expect a good quality product? I know the valve is AGD but how does everything else hold up? work? etc....?

Mine has held up fine..... Some of the microemags have had problems with tolerances, but my microRT is fine.

Just don't over tighten anything and you'll be great. I over tightened my gas thru grip and stripped out the hole. Other then that my Micro RT has performed flawlessly.
      Sorry, I'm old

The only issue I've had with Micromags is the ball dente and the trigger (this was before retro valves came out).

The flapper ball dente was a great idea but I've had instances with double feeding. We managed to correct this by melting the dente a little to make it longer. Also, if you were to put a warp on it, there could be a chance that double feeding instances might increase.

The trigger I found to be a little sloppy. It had a lot of give on it, both front and back and side to side. I found this to be especially noticable with the double trigger. This may have been corrected with the retro valve or newer models of the Micromag.

        Just my 2 cents.
