Well IF you are lucky to live outside Illinois, and live in a state that allows silencer ownership like (IN or ID for example) you could have class III licensee make you a silencer, fill the registration form, send it to ATF and own a removable silencer. Even spec ops offers that service, but the downside is you have to wait, and pay a $200 NFA tax.
