If PTP can get someone to do that finish, i am sure we'll be happy to pay extra for it. Just that the guy that does that finish doesn't do paintball ano anymore, he does, but it cost a lot more to do that now.

PK Selective did the original lightning anno's, I would bet that someone else is capable of it as well.

IIRC, that finish now costs in the neighborhood of $600 from them. It is considered a graphic annodizing, not just a simple pattern.

I'd prefer a simple blue/pewter fade.

sorry for the confusion with "satin" back in the day flat black was called satin and over the last say 10 years everyone is calling it dust. (I am still used to saying satin) It would be beadblasted and black. I am considering the gloss black, but the polishing part would have to be extra and not included in the original price as that is sent out. We do our own beadblast at the shop.

Forest says on the splash ano -- one concern is that since this is the first we are building these we may have issues with tolerences after polishing (we learned this the hard way with the micro and we had plenty of extra bodies that we could just dump in the trash - well not really...)
