OOf, hate-fest in here. Id like to clear some things up:

1: I dont use stocks (for reasons already mentioned.) The pics are for reference.

2: 99% of speedball guns are vert feed. Dumb in an era of force fed hoppers. I plan on box feeding this one from below. Clearing the rail for a sight (again, as mentioned.)

I would think most of you know me well enough to know Im not a bandwagon fan-boy.

Edit: its all painted now. Pics when I can get to it.

Ok, read through all the stock debate, and we have to all agree, it comes down to comfort and opinion and what feels the best for you, I know a lot of people just like to rest the stock against their body for stability, and if they are milsim mainly they run a remote to make it more "realistic..." so not only does that stock help them look like they have an m4 that shoots little balls full of paint, but it helps them be lazier and keep those few extra pounds in need of comfort.

Personally, I prefer just to use my tank as a stock and have a tight setup, which is what I do with my mini. I do however think the TM15 looks cool, although the one pictured here is weird looking due to its red barrel, I don't know, I guess if you spend the money to have the look of a real gun, then things like that should not be on the gun lol.

I dunno, the red barrel caught my eye. You'd probably start a one-week-fashion craze if you posted the thing on AR15.com.

Anyway, didn't he say it was Duracoated? Looking forward to those pics!

Its not Duracoat (yet.) I did a trial color run with Fusion Camo to make sure I like everything. Ill redo it in DC after stripping the body down to bare metal. Pics will be tomorrow.

                Yup.

Fresh paint pics. These are straight out of the camera. It was really overcast so the pics look a little bluish/flat. But you get the idea.

                      It's essentially a Mini in a mil-sim body.

I wasn't saying all that in reference to you, just people using stocks in general, i know you're not the type to use a stock, heck i was surprised when i saw you had a TM-15.

As for the vert feed, it's more to be ambidextrous i think.

Oh, and the paintjob is awesome.

Here are the fruits of this afternoon. Shortened the foreguard and built a mock suppressor. I have no Dremel so all work was done with hand saws, files and sandpaper. I decided to leave my front recessed rather than flush (like Soggy's) so the last picatinny stud is full on top. I am so freaking happy with the results.

Its a love hate for me. I like it, but i just dont like it while imagining a hopper on it.

I don't want to be critical, but....

If someone would see this at first glance, i would not be suprised that they said it was a toy gun. The paintjob is nice, but it does not go well with the mil-sim body it went on to. But that's just my opinion.
