Tippmann is not part of KEE. BT is though.

I thought Tippman was bought out some time ago and BT was the offshoot not affiliated with :) But, I've been wrong in memory before too so not too surprising.

i would assume so. you can see the cyclone house in the diagram, and that system doesn't need eyes.

            Correct.

BT was "Ben Tippmann" playing around with the valve design in different bodies... Now it's "Battle Tested", I'm sure due to some sort of issue with the name "Tippmann" though it might have been changed to avoid an issue rather than the result of one.

            *edit:
I think KEE has the rights to BT... Or at least they're BTs distributer.

I honestly haven't been keeping up on industry moves as much as I should have, so I can't say when BT may have been acquired by KEE, but with Simon designing BT markers on Invert Mini platforms, I'd have to say they're definitely owned by KEE today.

BT is a part of KEE. Tippmann (Sports) is not.

Which is weird, IMO, since KEE has exclusize distribution for BT, and is also the main Tiberius Distributer, but has nothing to do with Tippmann. It seems like KEE distributes everything that's made in the Tippmann "industrial complex" down in Fort Wayne except Tippmann markers themselves... Hell, even back when Action Markers was around I believe NPS was their distributer (for those who don't know, NPS + PMI = KEE and it happened about two years back).

*P.S. I'm a moron for not saying it more clearly, AM was located in Fort Wayne in the same place.

I want one... anyone have any idea what the price point is going to be? I am guessing Tippman, sub $400?

Tried posting something about it on the Tippmann site and it was almost immediately taken down and I was asked nicely not to repost anything about it. As usual, it will be the LAST place to find info on a new Tippmann product.

Dont look at me OPBN, I was told to keep quiet until the announcement. Whoever saw this on youtube, dont tell me it was on Tippmann's official youtube channel, that would be a bit amusing if they accidently leaked it themselves...
