    My Latest Creation!

I know, just another nice Emag. . . ..right? You could not be more WRONG! ! !

There is a whole story behind this project and it all started with a conversation between Smoothice and myself. . . . "what if you took a normal Emag frame and made it into a Pneumag with the battery case empty, I could put my iPod or a set of keys in it!". . . .

That is how the conversation started. All I needed was a seed to be planted (which Smoothice had done) and I was on my way. I wanted this to be a completely different pneumag though, something that I had not seen done yet.

For this pneumag I wanted the ram to be actuated up and I wanted the shuttle valve to be actuated directly from the trigger no levers or rods. I could bore you with all the details and all of the things I had to do to accomplish this but let me show you a few pictures I will say this though. The rail is relocated and shortened, and the asa was relocated to make room for the LPR. The shuttle valve is actually activated by the safety tang on the trigger and the selector switch limited the trigger travel and will also act as a safety. There is also an added bonus of having the magnetic return on the trigger from the Emag trigger. Enough talk, on to the pictures.

That is so beautiful. It seriously almost disappears in the first picture in the grass.

Is it an extremely polished X? It's the only one I can think I of designed like that.

Man i was hoping that i was going to be the first one to get a pneumag set up similar to this. but mine may be the first intelliframe one, if i can ever get it done. wish i had the tools you do so i could make mine a reality soon, but all i have is a dremel and a steady hand lol.

                very nice work as always.

                        Well Done. Very nice.

Ok Grasshopper, time to elucidate and be more explicit.
You wont BORE me at all

Specs all around. Got a CAD or Works or a cross section. Lay all the parts out for a cross section for us. Love to see it.

If you would be so kind please explain the build and operation in MORE detail.

Oh does it work. Obligabalabatory vid or shens.

You best be bringing that to TB4.

Whats with the holes in the rail above the pack? Why not plug the holes with SS polished screw plugs. What about a polished selector switch. How does that work as the Safety?
