WEll to provide an update, right after posting here he did get in touch with me apologizing for the delay as apparently had an accident which I can understand.
Then a week later, still nothing received so I contacted him and he told me he had to go for family emergency but will ship it before going.
Then another week after still nothing received so contacted him and despite no internet where he is apparently package should have been mailed by a friend before he left...

Ok so now my question to you fellow AOers, what do I do?

That would be cool. I have been trying to get a phone number but nothing. The guy who sold him the Armada mag is named Laxmaniac so he must have his info.

You might be up a creek unless you enlist legal help of some sort. Paypal's been becoming increasingly difficult to deal with as far as getting money back from scams in recent years. Paypal considers any "gift" payment to be just that- a gift. Unless money was never recived they do not insure the transaction at all and will be of no help.

Paypal gift is a dealbreaker for me- I would never do it. Paypal charges 2.8% or something like that plus $.30 for every transaction, any seller worth your time puts this charge into his sale price if he's accepting paypal or just blows it off and takes the hit- On a $300 item it's less than $10 as a seller I'd consider this the cost of doing busniess nationally as opposed to locally.

yeah I sold it to laxmaniac a long time ago on pbn, Im not sure how long he had it, unfortunately he may have deleted any information after the transaction was complete with this tucker guy.

I did that fairly often when I was wheeling and dealing on pbn. I had too many pms to keep track of so once the transaction was accomplished (and I was satisfied) all information and pms got deleted to free space for new pms.

however laxmaniac wasnt a very active member IIRC, at least not as active as I was, so I wouldnt be suprised if he has every pm he's ever sent

We all know he plays somewhere so I'm willing to bet someone on PBN knows him.

I'm sure you can get what ever info you need from his other transactions there.
